Division 4 Hurling Champions
Congratulations to the boys and girls who beat Kiltale in the hurling final on 13th June in Trim!

Division 5 Football Champions 2023 and 2024!
Well done to the boys who worked so hard all year to earn the title for the second year in a row. They played Castletown in a very close game in the final on the 17th November in Páirc Táilteann.

Mini 7s Hurling
Well done to the boys who came second in the hurling tournament out of all the schools in Meath. They won two previous blitzes to reach the finals where they came runner up.

Division 5 Girls- Semi Finalists
Congrats to the girls who had a very successful year making it to the semi final. They lost to Killyon who went on to win the title. This is the first time we have had a girls team reach so far.

FAI 5 a side
Some of the 4th, 5th and 6th boys and girls competed in the 5 aside FAI Schools soccer tournament in the MDL each year. ​
Kilskyre NS has enjoyed immense success in this years annual F.A.I Schools 5 aside soccer competition. The boys involved are a very talented group of players. The girls competition will take place also in the coming weeks.

Swimming
The children in 3rd- 6th attend swimming lesson every Tuesday from February to the Easter holidays in Kells Swimming Pool. Swimming is not only fun for the children, it has a number of health benefits for them.

Swimming keeps your child's heart and lungs healthy, improves strength and flexibility, increases stamina and even improves balance and posture. A safe environment is provided for the children

Health Promoting Schools
We have received the health promoting schools flag which is a HSE run initiative. It promotes physical health, nutritional health, mental health and social skills.
Active Schools Flag
We have received our Active School flag. It promotes physical activity throughout the school day and at home, and we have also introduced many school activities initiatives.
